CANCELLATION POLICY

This Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms and conditions applicable to the cancellation of subscriptions, services, or campaigns by Users on the Platform.

1. Cancellation by Businesses

Subscription Cancellation

  • Businesses may cancel their active subscription by submitting a written request to [support@mywall.me].
  • Cancellation requests must be made at least seven (7) days prior to the commencement of the next billing cycle to avoid auto-renewal charges.
  • No refunds shall be granted for the ongoing or any partially utilized subscription period.

Service or Campaign Cancellation

  • or Campaign Cancellation Paid promotional services (including but not limited to marketing campaigns, influencer collaborations, featured listings) may only be cancelled if the service has not yet gone live or commenced execution.
  • Services already delivered, initiated, or in-progress shall not be eligible for cancellation or refund.

2. Cancellation by Creators

  • Creators may cancel premium subscriptions or paid services either through their account dashboard or by writing to [support@mywall.me].
  • Cancellation of a subscription shall only prevent further renewals and shall not entitle the Creator to a refund for any ongoing or completed subscription period.
  • Paid collaborations or content assignments once accepted by the Creator and initiated shall not be cancellable or refundable.

3. Cancellation by MyWall

MyWall reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend any User’s subscription, service, or campaign in the following circumstances:

  • Breach of any of MyWall’s Terms of Use or other applicable policies;
  • Engagement in fraudulent activity;
  • Misrepresentation or submission of false information;
  • Violation of applicable laws or ethical standards.

Refunds in such instances shall be determined on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of MyWall.

4. Cancellation Process

To request a cancellation, Users are required to:

  • Submit a request via email to[support@mywall.me];
  • Provide Registered User ID / Mobile Number;
  • Specify details of the service / subscription sought to be cancelled;
  • Provide the reason for cancellation.

MyWall shall process such requests within three (3) to five (5) business days of receipt.

5. No Liability for Third-Party Services

MyWall shall not be liable for cancellation or refund claims arising out of services or offers provided directly by third-party Businesses or Creators beyond the scope of the Platform.

6. Modification of Policy

MyWall reserves the right to amend, update, or modify this Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued usage of the Platform shall constitute acceptance of such revised policies.
